We provide free delivery of your art purchases if your order is to be shipped to Pacific Asia, Europe, North America and Australia.
For delivery to countries outside these regions, we will contact you to liaise and provide you the shipping costs. We will provide a shipping quote from shipping partners and once we have received your confirmations and payments for the same, we will arrange for the shipment.
We will collect your full delivery address in order to accurately estimate the cost of shipment and insurance. We will provide you with all the details of the shippers and the tracking number. The shippers will arrange to deliver at your delivery address provided by you during checkout.
If you have purchased more than one artwork, they will all be shipped separately as many of our art works are shipped from different parts of the world. As they are shipped from different parts of the world, we do not guarantee they will all reach you at the same time.
However, should you wish to arrange your own shipping company, please contact us as at email@example.com, within 48 hours after your purchase and supply us the details of your shipping agent. We will require you to liaise directly with them and coordinate with us to help us protect your data and increase security of your purchase.
